Hain**** Bus***** Park, Ilf***, IG6
I’m a bit confused by the latest update (when read along with the Dec and Jan updates) and the part capital repaid on March 5th.
Are they saying that a sale has been completed and any further recoveries will have to come from elsewhere OR that a sale has been agreed so there’s some prospect of a further capital repayment in coming months?

Unless LendInvest has "closed" the loan with "CAPITAL SHORTFALL" in the loan "activity", or a confirmation of "INCOME STOPPED", you should expect more update regarding this loan.

Apologies, it’s not clear to me whether you’re talking in general terms or specific to this loan? The most recent update says “ 6 Mar 2024Income stopped”

Both “Income stopped” and “Capital Shortfall” appear in the loan activity. I guess there will be further update to regarding recovery if any before confirming the final outcome. But definitely and no further income will be expected on that IG6 loan.

Given that the security has been sold and the proceeds distributed it seems unlikely that there will be significant further returns. Unfortunately this was one of my largest loans on LI.

Ah ok, thanks This was probably one of my last post-Covid investments before I got spooked and turned off auto-invest, unlucky!
