Admin, can we arrange a means of communicating with the collective CC that would be secure outside of this forum? Perhaps a group email address that would send posts to all 5 members or something similar?
With respect Marc, shouldn't that sort of evidence be sent to the WHOLE CC and not just to you personally? It should be for ALL representatives to view and then decide what action is necessary.
It's just a question of etiquette and nothing personal is implied.

Yes that is correct. It was moved by mods as the other thread was for Admins only.
Personally, if I want to get in touch with the CC, I'd want to know they all received it.
Hence my request for an open channel. It's a collective not an individual.

Erm there's a difference between the FSAG and the creditors committee.
A request by one entity doesn't automatically entitle the other to benefit.

Would you necessarily want the whole CC to see it? Most of them arent investors and my have a different perspective on the info. Forewarned is for forearmed & the like

Sorry, my understanding was there were 4 investors and 1 is a creditor. I'm obviously missing something? Just curious  OK I'll modify that to "I'd like to send it to the 4 investors on the CC" which is probably more apt as it's an investor forum. Especially so if it's sensitive. |

If any lenders are in possession of the following items, can you please send me a copy, or contact me to discuss: Items such as: 1. Borrowers contracts – completed or the blank contracts. 2. Cashflow projections or "forecast recovery sheets", or similar – these were shown to some FS lenders to show the financial health of FS. If you have any such material, please forward to me. 3. Any written guarantees from ex-Directors or FS: It’s widely known that FS promised various enticements to the lenders to either keep us happy or quiet. If any lender has anything in writing from FS promising to “make good” any shortfalls or to “cover” any shortfalls, please also send along. The above items (should they be deemed suitable) maybe possibly be used in litigation against the former Directors, or supplied to Litigation Funders as extra ammunition to enable them to extract funds from the borrowers and/or sent to the FCA as part of this case. Thx all. Music to mine, and most on here's, ears I suspect, if such proceedings, errrr, proceed. And let me be clear and unequivocal, I hope Richard and Our Nige swing.

Especially so if it's sensitive. , see your PMs please, I have replied to a few points there. CC = 3 x HNW lenders, Me (from FSAG), and 1 unsecured creditor, who is also a HNW lender. With GDPR, I am not allowed to give out their contact details, but some minor investigative work on this forum and other forums will show you who they all are, and you should then be able to find their contact details by simple online searches. I am more than happy for any evidence to be sent to other lenders, as I have more than enough work on my plate. I am just not sure if all the other lenders would wish to action whatever you are to send to us all. In any case, all the other lenders are all discoverable by simple internet searches, so you can then send the info to them individually. Personally, I would prefer for other CC members to become a little more involved for the lenders benefit. MP2P
