Update suggest sold for 470k. Loan of 130K against an asset valued at 125K. If this is correct it is another wildly incorrect valuation but (for the only time I have come across ) undervalued. Maybe I am missing something, but at least full return of capital expected.

Just looked again at loan details. Unfortunately I was wrong. All 3 floors sold for 470K. Valuation at 684K. Another miss.

Nothing appears on the Wa_____o R__d Refinance (2437319925) update, which is for the upper two floors.

I have two Londonderry loans.
A ground floor shop which they state was sold for 470k but issues with an atm is holding up the sale.
A bar which they state was sold for 455k but was slightly delayed due to the premises being licensed, although this has been sorted and expected to complete shortly.
I literally have no idea what the return is going to be or what properties are combined sales etc.

Thanks I think the 470K sale is the whole building and the ATM is in one of the shops on the ground floor;
