I look after 5 accounts for myself and my family.
This morning I set them all at 4.9% in access.
This evening I look again and they have all been changed to 5.0
How?
They have all done the same thing and represented 16 different offers.
I am a natural pedant and know for certain they were 4.9 when I left them as I go back to check every time I set one.
Anyone else?

Anyone else? There seems to be an issue with this, many have reported it happening you will seem to match at 0.1% higher than you set

Me too, i'm happy setting it at the rate I think will go and it actually going slightly higher! someone suggested elsewhere it might be a rounding issue but it seems rather consistent for that I feel.

I suggested it could be a misdisplayed rate (which could be rounding, or logic, or simply just incorrect) Someone could check it of course if they could be bothered

Aargh, it has happened again. All my offers have increased by 0.1.
I have emailed RS so in a few days I might get an answer.
In the good old days westonkev would have told us the answer by now.

Why not phone them? I've always found them helpful over the phone ('always' being the 4 or 5 times I've rung them)

I'm curious do you have an aversion to getting better rates than you had thought you were going to get. My instinct was to not bother RS they will get it sorted sooner or later and if I get better rates as a result then I'm happy with htat. On the other hand if you are getting worse rates then I get it. To be honest I wonder if RS have other things on their mind.

My issue is that it moves me backwards in the queue so I may not get matched 0.1% higher whereas I had judged the rate I had set to be achievable. I have phoned as well as emailed now and they are looking into it. There was not much enthusiasm at their end of the phone though so I think I may just put it down to a system issue on their part and move on.

My understanding is that this is an attempt to correct another bug. For some time bids have been matched at 0.1% more then the bid price. As a "correction" they have changed the bid price to match the queue rather than moving the bid lower in the queue.

Unless they are matched to contracts, just money sitting in the queue. May be some hidden tricks for cash balance
It reminds me some other platforms used to have money sitting in the queue issues.

Is anyone getting rates as high as 4.9% in access?? Not unless they made the order a while back there seems quite a wall of 2.9M sitting in front of that slot, the 3.0% wall is depleting though so it might reach up there before the next wave. I got 5.9% back at the end of january (29th), Mrs Aju got a 6.0% too next day (30th). It might take a while to rise that far again with a wall sitting at. That was since RS seems to have stabilised it a week or so ago. Good luck Edit: Just as I was writing it dumped almost 1M into the 3% slot. So now the 4.9% has 3.8M in front of it!.

Is anyone getting rates as high as 4.9% in access?? I had some at that last Friday which had been queueing a week or so, (since before my "investment pause" from selling out some low rate (<3.5%) deals a week earlier) matched to remaining 2-5 year sell outs, along with some high 5s on 1 year. Now have to wait while chunky amounts at GR on the composite market get eaten away, although mid 4s still available on 1 year. Back OT, as far as rates go mine are always as I had set them.
