batchoy is having better luck with his GEIA test than I am. I had no activity at all Thursday, so my situation is: Awaiting Investment: £0.35 (1.7%) Currently Invested:£19.67 Total Investment: £20.02 (My GEIA is set to reinvest repayments.) I certainly can't explain why niceguy37's GEIA sold anything. Perhaps chris can. Or maybe it's not necessary since he's already told us that a change in the investment algorithm is in the works and on Tuesday he said of the update "It's imminent". So if it was imminent then it must be very imminent now! Or is that just wishful thinking? I'm following this thread with interest although I'm not involved financially. Is the 7% based upon the total amount of £20 (which I presume is mikes1531 experimental amount) or just that actually invested? If it is the latter then effectively you are in the hands of the algorithm which reminds me of another platform. The interest is paid at 7% on what it is invested so I am only earning interest on £17.46 of my £17.95. Funds in the account awaiting investment do not earn interest, and at the moment it is somewhat galling because there are significant amounts of eligible loans available for the GEIA to invest in and but my GEIA it just isn't investing so I am losing out on interest due to what appears to be software bug which is AC's responsibility. Payments aren't aggregated and paid once a month, they are credited as and when the individual loans held in the GEIA repay, so when an individual loan repays I get repayments in my MLIA equating to 9.75% and repayments in my GEIA equating to 7% (now that the PF premium is hopefully being deducted before it is credited to the account rather than after).

I got around the uninvested balance by adding a bit extra, letting it do a round of investment, then withdrew the uninvested balance, to achieve full investment. I have my GEIA set to withdraw, but it's a bit annoying that I can't set it to withdraw to the MLIA rather than the Cash Account. (I can see why AC haven't implemented this at present, probably thinking the GEIA is targetted at a different market. RS have a well-designed reinvestment arrangement where, for each of their markets, you can specify where you want the repayments to go.)

A bad start to the day in the GEIA experiment. This morning my GEIA decided of its own accord to sell £0.01 of Montrose, and due to the withdrawal bug it has transferred the proceeds to my CA, thus reducing the amount invested and the total investment by £0.01. So that's another £0.01 that I'm not earning interest on due to bugs in the platform which is on top of £0.05 withdrawn the other day and the £0.17 that I'm not earning interest on which the GEIA has failed to invest for over a week now due to the other known bug in the platform.
Awaiting Investment: £0.17 (0.9%)
Currently Invested:£17.77
Total Investment: £17.94
Or put another way
Withdrawn by AC (never going to earn interest) : £0.06
Uninvested by AC (could earn interest but not doing so right now and hasn't for a week): £0.17
Currently invested by AC (earning 7% interest): £17.77
Total investment by me: £18.00 @ 7% (actually earning 6.91% due to bugs in AC's platform)

Out of interest, has anyone invested more than £200 into the Green fund? If so how does your total investment compare? No need to divulge the total, but if you could indicate whether or not the total not invested is of the order of 1%, or is it of the order 20p?

Vero had £100 invested but the platform was only investing about 90% of the funds and so is attempting to exit from the GEIA. I don't know how far this exit has got: See here earlier in this thread: www.p2pindependentforum.com/post/30605

Not too worried about it!

It is still 62p that isn't earning interest when is should be and could easily be given that there is £1.6M of loan parts available for it to be invested in and it is just AC who aren't fulfilling their half of their contract with you and investing it.

Rather too much, but not at all sure what to make of it. Fabulous amount 11p invested today in Burnley WT. No other actions today.

westcountryfunder strange you seem to be an outlier. Maybe it is worth sending an email to Mark.

Well, it wouldn't hurt to ask AC what's going on, but westcountryfunder isn't in as bad a position as Vero was. Maybe the system is discriminating against the ladies? Seriously, though, chris indicated that a fix for this was 'imminent' three and a half days ago. Since it still hasn't happened, it would be very helpful if he would let us know his current best guess as to the implementation timing.

After initially investing £200 I now have £195.81 total investment with (finally) £0.00 awaiting investment. The problem is that I have only withdrawn interest payments. I can't see the missing £4.19 anywhere.
