It seems the AER varies through the month, highest after the interest payment, not surprising I suppose if the AER is calculated daily and the interest added monthly. My overall AER on the 17th May was 10.1% and is currently 8.7% with 98.4% deployed. Wait and see where it goes after the next interest payment.

Last time I've checked few weeks ago it was 5.6%. Now "Overall Realised AER": 4.6%, percentage on Loan: 99.7%.

It seems you can be lucky or unlucky with individual tranches, my different investments have wildly different rates. I guess a bad debt in any tranche knocks a big hole in the AER, although they are meant to spread an investment over several loans and different grades.

I didn't realise I can see % of each investment. Got it now - I have 3 investments: 1st (15th Feb) is 7.5%, 2nd (1st Apr) 2% and 3rd (4th May) 0%. I'm too new to EM to compare my figures.

There is a setting in your account details to withdraw interest or reinvest. I If you reinvest, when it matures you get the option to reinvest all, withdraw interest or withdraw all. Obviously you can sell out early if required.

Got my second month of interest, immediately in the queue but the first months interest is still not invested.
People seeing the same - how quickly should it be reinvested ?
No indication of the queue on the website unless i missed it.

No indication of the queue on the website unless i missed it. No they don't display the platform queue. I'm currently 98.9% invested. The total amount queued for me is less than the sum of this month's and the previous month's interest.

I added a new tranche to my ISA yesterday and am waiting to see when it gets allocated to loans. If the period is extended (a la Zopa), I’ll ask if the returns shown include unallocated moneys earning zero.

Latest tranche now invested. Added another today to fill this year’s ISA allowance.

Interesting ?
My interest from June has still not been invested and that is stopping me adding to my ISA for the current year
I will message them later
