Interesting ? My interest from June has still not been invested and that is stopping me adding to my ISA for the current year I will message them later I am new to Elfin Market but I suspect that interest is not re-invested until it reaches a particular level, say £100.

I've often seen my "In Queue" amount reduce by way smaller amounts than £100. My guess is that they might choose to use large unallocated amounts first, or perhaps use funds from accounts with the highest percent of unallocated funds first. Just a guess though.

I usually seem to be 99% or more invested, unless I've just added funds. Currently 99.5%.

Judging by what I see on "your investments" page, my interest is reinvested. All my investments are £100, so the interest for each is very small (nowhere near £100).

Latest tranche now invested. Added another today to fill this year’s ISA allowance. Latest tranche now invested. I have asked for what criteria there is for reinvestment of interest.

Does anyone know which investment gets cashed in first if you withdraw funds. Is it first in first out, last in first out, shortest time to completion or something else? You don't seem to be able to select which one(s) to cash in.

My first 6 month investment matured today. AER 10.48% - more than I expected. You did well. I had a 6 month loan mature today as well. EM say it earned 7.1% AER. EM say my overall AER (across 5 investments) is 9.0%. I calculate my overall XIRR as 8.79%, don't know why we differ.

On this particular investment my AER was displayed as 9.4% 45 minutes ago and the sum of interest was lower than I've been credited. Can't see this now - it just shows 0% for everything and the true sum of interest I've received.

I expect the details will be zeroed soon. I'm not clear whether my "Overall Realised AER" includes completed loans or just current ones.

While the monthly payments are being credited (today) things seem to get a bit out of shape, after a day or so things seem to get back into balance. Rates seem to get updated before funds. And while things are changing money amounts seem to be able to temporarily go to zero, but so far everything has come out OK after a couple of days.
