Here's a funny thing there is a Jam collection for sale on ebay - to all Jam fans why not make some cheeky offers... wonder if there is any relation between the FS collection and the one below....curious www.ebay.co.uk/b/Original-The-Jam-Memorabilia/72437/bn_18752082to all investors in this case - not sure exactly by whom but you have been well and truly shafted and I hope you can sue FS.

With such a large loan amount, was this a pure pawn loan or was there some sort of personal guarantee?

Could it be that "Jam Original Badge" available on Ebay for a tenner plus £1.15 postage is part of the collection pawned on FS? Valued by FS's trusty valuer for a grand for borrowing purposes, perhaps?

Sir how very dare you make such an outrageous and scurrilous suggestion!
only joking - given their appalling record of keeping control of our assets e.g. the racing cars goodness only knows.
done a bit more research - there is masses of their memorabilia for sale- such as these badges some of which are clearly new so whether they are simply flogging off unsold old stock or it is being pirated I have no idea. Some of their more desirable memorabilia and other items were sold for £200K in October 2016 with Adam Perdix Perdix so I also wonder just what memorabilia we are talking about and if the more expensive stuff has already been sold and the FS valuation was a joke and CG were right to take the £60K . Total shambles maybe this one should be called The Gift (to FS).

e.g. had the personal email from ebay
So I ask myself - just how much of their stuff is on the market i.e. just what was our investor money lent against? And it is not exactly flying off the shelfs is it Also The Clash seem to be having the same problem....I know this one is just about wrapped up but I mention this in case anybody wants to sue FS for what looks like a very iffy investment to me.

It's the old saw - the value is only what people are prepared to pay for it. I doubt under present circumstances, when people are being made bankrupt, stores are closing and unemployment is rife and increasing, Jam memorabilia ranks quite as an attractive buy as, say, real estate.
