The administrators have confirmed by email to me that; In preparation of ISA transfers, when filling in the ISA receivers transfer form, the FS address at Stokenchurch, is still the one to use. An issue with transferring an ISA is that the receiving party will want to know the account number reference with FS. I cannot find that number on the FS website. Presumably it used to appear under the transfer funds tab, but it no longer does.

Recent FS update - well nice to have some good news - sadly not a single loan in my zombie loan book has realised a penny to date.

It really brings home to me the crazy and scandalous world that some P2P has become that I'm feeling relieved, elated even, that I'm being allowed to withdraw my own money from this platform. If anyone had told me that 2 years ago, I would have simply refused to believe it.

I have quite a bit ready to withdraw. Probably because I was in most pawn some of the returns are 100% plus a tiny interest (even after admin fees)... I'm still expecting to be at overall loss with FS by the end of administration process.

I have all my FS 'investments' in an ISA. Ideally I would want to transfer all the cash to another ISA provider as and when is arrives in my FS cash account.
Is there any easy way to do this? or do i have to make repeated transfer requests every time some cash arrives in my FS cash account.
What would happen if I make an ISA transfer request for more than is currently in my FS cash account? Would what is there at the time be transferred or would the whole thing be rejected?

Well I have easily outperformed you having recovered the princely sum of £2.65. Can't complain too much as the amount at risk in FS for me is around £500 - small beer to those who had snouts in the troughs. Mentally I have already written off FS - powerboat, Rishton, Knaresborough, Formby, Llandudno roll of honour. I just wish Collateral had not been such an absolute dud - £3K at risk and after 2 years nothing, zilch, zero, 0, nought. I do find it a bit sickening with that Bailey probably landing the B of E job really rubbing salt in the wound. Grrrrrr.

I made some ISA transfers prior to FS going pop. If you ask the new provider to transfer all of the account then whatever the balance shows at the time the paperwork gets processed should be the amount that moves across. Having said that I think I'll just be doing straight withdrawals from now on. I'm a suffiently small investor that ISAs are not such a big deal to me. I'm just so relieved that the administrators are honouring the spirit of the trusts. Reading that e-mail was a real heart-in-mouth moment for me. FS was my biggest platform by far and although I've got plenty of losses at least the loans that have paid back should go to the lenders and not just lost into a pool of general creditors.

Well as I have at least 10% of original capital waiting for transfer/withdrawal there goes the "We are going to lose everything" Theory

Of the loans on FS that were already overdue when it went under only a small fraction have since repaid. Still, assets are yet to be sold so I expect recoveries will come in one day...

New paperwork needed for each transfer, but check with FS if they will accept a note saying 'deal with transfer when £xxx is available in my holding account' Download the ISA receivers transfer form, fill it out online using say 'PDF Escape' if necessary, leaving non repetitive items such as £ amount & date, blank. Add a note to the form in large red bold letters saying 'send funds & paperwork electronically to (email address of receiving manager)', to avoid cheques. Save to PC, & print out each time you want a transfer done, adding the £ amount & date. Simple.

And the floodgates have been opened! Get your withdrawal request in now! done mine... it says in email “Any investor that has not provided AML documentation and/or bank details as previously requested, should proceed to do so immediately.” I’ve never been requested any documentation, so I’ve just made a withdrawal. I hope it will be ok as my personal and bank details never changed.
