My request from 27/8 is still showing as processing.... exactly. i am sure ratesetter are doing all they can and the efforts to prevent capital loss is stellar (thus far unblemished). however, there is no acceptable reason to not pass our (you and me) money back or at basic very least fail to suggest as to why they can not return it and continue to suggest publicly all is totally as it should be. i am in a fortunate position to not need it urgently. some may be without work - business loss and requested early waited their turn and now are without all the while there is no clear info as to why.

I had a similar problem months ago. It seems they've done nothing to resolve the technical issue that caused it. Yes they're returning money but their systems and communications are shambolic.

I got the money back after a complaint and they manually processed the release. It seems they still have the same or a similar issue and have done nothing to fix it. Like I said, shambolic.

It looks as though all markets could be back to full liquidity tomorrow?

It looks as though all markets could be back to full liquidity tomorrow? Fairly soon anyway, I suspect that will signal the rates never getting above the minimum (not that they have for the duration) so pretty much making it dead in the water in investing terms. I still have 5 year at a good enough rate not to inspire me to take the hit on fees but its just a monitoring job (and withdrawing when available) for me now. Suspect I will have coogaruk to keep me company.

Suspect I will have coogaruk to keep me company. You suspect right. My 5yr rate in ED is currently running at 5.1% and in ISA 5.9% so I am in no hurry to cash out, especially as that market is now liquid.
Today I also cancelled my Acesss RYI (ISA). I was at 874 in the queue, having started at 10,957 at the end of last month. My rate on that is currently 4.3%
(Quoted rates are all before 50% reduction)
My next withdrawal is now imminent and that will ensure 100% return of capital. Pssst... Don't tell shanghaiscouse
