My 5 Year RYI request just went through this afternoon. As mentioned earlier in the thread, RS told me this was requested on 13 March (even though I thought it was earlier). I have an update email from 13 March at 19:46, so it must have been before this.
My Access RYI (requested at the same time) is still outstanding.

Today Ratesetter told me this website error is because you can't withdraw the full amount with a pending withdrawal. 1) This is not true. 2) I didn't try to withdraw the full amount which they could tell if they watched the video I gave them.

An update on investment release requests
Last week, we wrote to investors who were waiting for an investment to release to give an update and answer some common questions. You can read a copy of that communication and those questions here. To underline that processing release investment requests remains our focus, we are providing weekly updates to you by email, alongside the daily updates available on the RateSetter Noticeboard.
In the past week we have delivered £4.3m of requests, chronologically within each market, and we anticipate delivering a similar volume in the coming week. Following the peak of requests on 16th March, we have seen the daily volume of requests fall to pre-coronavirus levels and at the same time more than 9 out of 10 RateSetter investors have continued to invest with us.
We have also seen a growing number of investors choosing to cancel their requests and continue investing – a cumulative total of £4.4m has been cancelled over the past two weeks. This demonstrates confidence in the stability of our investments, which continue to deliver returns to all investors. Cancellation also frees up capacity which helps those who due to their circumstances may not have a choice of keeping their funds in investments.
We would like to thank you for your ongoing patience as we work to complete your request. We are very sorry that the requests are not being processed at the same speed as usual but this is an abnormal period and we are grateful for your understanding. We hope it provides reassurance to know that your investment continues to earn and perform as normal in the meantime.
Our Investor Services team continue to provide a full range of support. If you have any questions or would like to cancel your request please contact us at invest@ratesetter.com.

I would like to add my wholehearted support to RS' suggestion that investors strongly consider cancelling pending RYIs.

We must raise a mighty army of investors to march on their offices and demand justice. Obviously protective spacing will need to be observed maybe three metres apart in single file, hand washing facilities might be a problem. Not sure about anybody else but I need a steady supply of coffee, maybe thermos flasks? RateSetter you can avoid this, sort out your above investors problem.

My commitment to the cause was always 'iffy', I could have just pointed out that tagging RateSetter might get them a better result.

Received a RYI from Access late this afternoon (3rd Apr) for a request made first thing on the 11th March. Progress! Still waiting for 1 year and 5 year placed on 12th and 14th.
Anyone had any luck with 1 year RYIs?
(Edit for incorrect date of Access request - sorry for getting hopes up!)

If you only tried to withdraw your 1 year on March 30th I think you’ll get your money back through the normal repayment before any early withdrawal is processed for you! Not all bad as at least you get the interest and don’t pay the fee and I’m sure RS will still be here this time next year.
