Requested mine at about 8.20pm on Weds and it's appeared this morning. Wife did hers a couple of minutes later and it still says pending. Somewhat odd that they weren't in the same payments batch. Hopefully there will be a further batch processed today or at least first thing tomorrow.

Thats what live support told me a few days ago, maybe it has changed. I've not made any withdrawals myself but I know the withdrawal wont' happen tonight, if u made the order only 40 minutes ago.

I made the request Wednesday morning. I asked twice and was assured it would arrive today. it has definitely left AC

Still no sign of my cash account withdrawal from 12/03/20 01:30 and still showing as pending in Designated Bank Accounts. Not this morning as stated then so I'll have to contact them tomorrow if nothing arrives in the morning!

That's why I was surprised one had come through but the other still says pending (designated bank account is the same as it's a joint account so can't think that would be an issue). Oh well fingers crossed for today.

Oh well fingers crossed for today. Given that there seem to be manual processes involved, and that the hands in question will have been working flat out, I'd say these were the ideal circumstances for a minor cockup to occur. I'd give them a chase asap.

I've just done that on livechat and was told the y will check and get back to me. I asked how long before an answer and was told TODAY. My next question was why so long. No reply to that

In the current climate, you would think if you paid out all outstanding bank withdrawals in an illogical order (to high net worth, sophisticated and 10% restricted investors? ) that this was likely to cause widespread investor bemusement especially on associated forums and lead to subsequent Chat enquiries. Having had the weekend to carefully consider what would look good to investors seeking reassurance and not lead to further speculation/overthinking you would make sure that your customer facing Chat team at least had a consistent script message to reply to inevitable enquiries - or is that unreasonable? Maybe they are using this event to trial out the new payment system for the Access Account queue - it is called POT LUCK.

I have INVEST IDLE FUNDS set to NONE. Got money returned from the GBBA(13) into Cash Account. The whole amount is now "Withdrawable Standard Cash Account Balance". Let's see if this is in my bank later today. I received money yesterday, requested on the 14th from the Withdrawable Standard Cash Account Balance.

Same made a withdrawl last night. We'll see, I do hope that the new AC system online soon won't cause too many requests for AC to handle in-house.
