I've locked this poll as AC's 'forbearance vote' seems to have made it redundant.

The way they have organised this vote - applied to each loan by weighting of holding - gets around my objections to a general vote. Reluctantly I have voted to accept the proposals.

No payment holiday at all in my view. Weak businesses need to be identified early on and AC needs to recoup as much of investor capital as possible, payment holiday will mean others will be paid ahead of AC investors therefore I don't agree with any payment holidays. Important point. I know companies that only pay the top five lenders who chase the most aggressively each month and don't pay all other invoices. Obviously it needs to be taken case-by-case and there may be the odd case where a payment holiday is the wisest option, but, in general, giving borrowers a payment holiday for months and months is a carte blanche for them to spend their monies elsewhere. Then, if or when they go bust, you've lost everything.
