Suspiciously little activity on the MLA SM today, especially given the large loan repayment A couple of orders I have in on mla haven’t gone though despite good availability. Starting to lose patience with so many issues and now basic functionality not working.

Starting to lose patience with so many issues and now basic functionality not working. It's stopped completely. It feels like they stopped it to change something in preparation for the AA trading, or maybe another tweak of some sort. Definitely a difference today compared to the last weeks/months.

On the transaction page where the new 'Claimed Lender Fee' appears the field extends so far to the right that it pushes the column of figures out of view (As I say, this only occurs on pages which contain the descriptor of a fee deduction. The solution is to round those numbers off a bit more to make room!)
Ooops. Didn't see the slider at the foot of the page (sill annoying though)

Beta site adds nothing for me over the old site plus I still don’t have the outstanding fees available on my dashboard. Click on the red "Settings" button and move the "Outstanding Fees" slider to "Show"

windows Cntrl- reduces text size, and now it's visible. Tiny but visible. This is completely nuts, what's going on?

Does anyone have any ideas what they are trying to achieve with beta site. The major prob with the old site was that when you place a buy order it's not executed immediately, it doesn't look like that. Or wood for trees transactions of nanapennies. Not that. What else?

I recall Chris posted somewhere recently that it has been rebuilt to make it simpler (& cheaper?) to maintain and easier to modify / enhance quickly to accommodate requested changes and enhanced functionality

I recall Chris posted somewhere recently that it has been rebuilt to make it simpler (& cheaper?) to maintain and easier to modify / enhance quickly to accommodate requested changes and enhanced functionality So when will that happen? His initial request for feedback on the old UI (as input to the redesign) was some months back, certainly long before the pandemic arrived. Presumably the current priority is to ensure the new UI delivers all of the current functionality so that the old UI can be switched off, avoiding running both in parallel to minimise cost.

Actually I have just discovered the filters, which are better. But not worth the pain

... Or wood for trees transactions of nanapennies. ... Are those ones you inherite from your grandmother ? (who presumably found that the old adage "if you look after the pennies the pounds look after themselves" didn't work in practice, otherwise she would have passed down nanapounds instead)

My granny used to give me her thrupenny bits when we went to visit. The old twelve-sided coin worth three old pennies (1.25p). Now my access account gives me the thrupenny bits, in the other old usage - or perhaps both.

Where's the 'accrued interest' col. gone, on the MLA loan list?
It used to be on the old platform.
So even if the loan was sold, it showed interest owed, until it was paid.
I can't see this on the new one, unless I'm missing it somewhere.
