Scroll bar should be at the bottom if you scroll down. Seem to have turned off the text wrapping as its worse than it was yesterday. And if your in #981 there is more off the page than on due to the entry being to more than 100dp. Its so loan the actual number only just fits on the page Thanks, had missed that, makes it almost user-friendly .............. (not!)
Edit: I wanted to sort on the date 'Last updated' to see the loans updated today, so I
-scroll down to see the horizontal scroll bar, use it to scroll right to bring the 'Last Updated' column into view,
-scroll back to the top to click on 'Last Updated', sorts it into oldest update first which is NOT what I want, and the display resets so 'Last updated' is hidden,
-scroll back down to see the horizontal scroll bar, use it to scroll right to bring the 'Last Updated' column into view (again), -scroll back to the top to click on 'Last Updated', now sorts it into newest update first which IS what I want, but the display resets so 'Last updated' is hidden,
-scroll down to see the horizontal scroll bar, use it to scroll right to bring the 'Last Updated' column into view, -scroll back to the top to see the loans updated today...phew -click on one of the loans updated today to see the details, exit out of that loan, and the display resets so 'Last updated' is hidden again!
Unbelievable (except I do believe they've done it)
Yep, played that fun game earlier. Seems to be a problem with their world wrap both specific and random … look at the past vote on loan #824 page … text is underneath the all info/options in the side pane.

0.0000000000000000000980000000000000595795 I've just looked it up. Wikipedia tells be the prefixes stop at 10-24 (yocto). This is actually 10-40 pounds. What is the point, it's going to add up to the lifetime of several universes before these have any relevance wouldn't it
It's actually ~10 -19, but point taken. At 100% interest per year it would take 100 million billion years to earn 1p. I was counting to the last dp. I meant to write accurate to 10-40

Cntrl- zoom out helps a lot if your eyes are up to it. This is not by way of trying to excuse the inexcusable, just to help out a fellow victim

On my machine at least, and in Firefox, the navigation buttons (L & R arrow keys) work to scroll side to side on the transactions list without having to go on a scroll bar hunt. You have to click within the transactions first...... I suspect it would work on the loans lists too if the click didn't take you away to a loan page.....
Hopeless

To scroll left and right I find that the cursor keys (or arrow keys) on my laptop's keyboard now move the page left and right. You have to click on a blank part of the page somewhere first tho'.

Indeedy. On the loans list it seems to need finding a non-link inducing bit of the loan table border to click. What a faff.......

#824 - vote called, I've checked out the details on AC: it's one that pulls the heart strings so I want to think about it, but I've not voted. Problem being the red Reminder on site has disappeared. I'm likely now to forget I still have to vote on this.

Off topic.
With loan #824 isn't this the sort of situation where if we agree to give away the security aren't we also agreeing not to be covered by the PF for the AA's? Perhaps I'm wrong, I've not seen any mention of that coming from AC for this loan. Ed.here's a quote from the AC site titled "Discretionary Provision Funds"

Indeedy. On the loans list it seems to need finding a non-link inducing bit of the loan table border to click. What a faff....... This Beta site has become impossible for me to use. In practical terms it is unusable for all but the odd transaction. Since early yesterday the first column of the browser list i.e. the borrower list has widened to occupy about half of the page leaving some of the rest of the data obscured and having to be revealed by extensive scrolling to and fro. I use Safari and have tried a switch to Firefox but this did not alter things. Zooming out to shrink letter size made a tiny improvement but not much and my eyesight is not of the best. I have about £40K tied up via this website and am becoming very disillusioned with AC management. This Beta version should never have been released in its current form. Everything about it feels rushed out. At a time of global economic meltdown the final timing of the launch was very ill-judged. My confidence in AC is taking a severe knock and I am moving to the mindset that I shall bale out of this platform and with it probably say good-bye to the whole of p to p. In these troubled times this website needs to be slick and bug free. It isn't and for me the approaching solution is to cut and run.

Me too. It’s very poor and much worse that the original site. They are not fixing the errors I reported a week ago and instead with every change adding additional problems. This is text book case of how not to manage software updates. It’s become unmanageable so while I used to like using the platform I’ve decided to sell my holdings over the next weeks and leave the platform. Sad but they’ve taken such a step backwards this platform no longer provides enough benefit given the time I now have to spend managing it.

Given all the other issues with AC, the appallingly bad roll-out of the beta website doesn't inspire confidence.

Given all the other issues with AC, the appallingly bad roll-out of the beta website doesn't inspire confidence. Especially when they were crying about lack of income and having to introduce Lender fees.

I note that investors are now identified by their Christian name in the Q&A rather than being anonymous or at least a pseudonym.

shimself I don't think you should be naming the borrower not visible if it was actually in the font size when I copied it. Sorry mods
