Yes apologies everyone - we've had a week or two of intense focus on a few things and the new site has had a few wanted features lacking or unwanted features needing to removed ! There is no intention to not answer the forum messages but you are right, the focus has been of resolving some things so we can report it is fixed / improved rather than it will be fixed/ improved in the future. Chris's team is totally onto all matters brought to our attention and working overtime I assure you. The management team is totally aware of the matters in hand I assure you as well.

Thanks for the feedback stuartassetzcapital. The problem was a simple one whereby AC seemed to go from being very active around these forums to virtually zero. So frustration/annoyance and yes I suppose even a sprinkling of anger came into the equation. It was as though the communication tap had been turned off without warning. Many relevant queries/questions were raised, in particular the GEIA but as there was zero clarification or even a response then it was left to lenders/investors to draw their own conclusions. andrewholgate on one thread certainly seemed to get the wrong impression thinking posters were requesting tax advice which was not the case. We were after clarification. Members I'm sure are more than able to look after their own tax affairs but it was probably a speed read on his part. I hope things get sorted sooner rather than later as one of the attractions of AC is their readiness to engage with the community. Sadly whilst many new P2P's also start off that way the communication gradually becomes one way traffic and those P2P platforms 'go to ground'. When that happens I tend to switch off and hopefully AC will not follow the same route.

You clearly don't suffer from tinnitus then. But a ringing sound isn't silence by the fact it is a sound. But with tinnitus no air molecules are vibrating so it's not a sound. As for one hand clapping...

Stuart has probably logged on to have a read to see what was made of his interjection and he gets people talking about one hand clapping and such... Many thanks for the response stuartassetzcapital . My OP was venting frustration due to a growing list of problems which appeared, to me on the outside at least, to have been ignored. I appreciate that everybody at AC is flat out trying to sort things out but a couple of minutes typing just a few words offering us a few scraps of information goes a long way... and keeps people like me quiet . |
