So I can’t download the loanbook. Tried again today. It just hangs. Anyone else managed it? Hello Essexboy, I have been able to download the repayments sheet on a daily basis with no problem Click on VIEW ACCOUNT, then DOWNLOAD, below Transaction History, you will get access to one month only of repayment history. If it is not what you are looking for but you want to have a look at your loan book, then click on VIEW LOANS, DOWNLOAD LOAN BOOK BUTTON, it is updated on a monthly basis and up to date for me. Please note that I am using Chrome, not sure which browser you are using but for me, Everything is working fine, downloading monthly statement too fyi. Eric

Took a good few seconds but managed to get these both working on Edge (who knew). Didn't work for me on Chrome for some reason (though no probs with any other downloads using Chrome)

Without the promotional credit, after a successful exit in April '21, XIRR for the loans originated 2018 is 2.47%. It's a bit lower than the expected actual return compared to LW reported, due to fees for selling out early.

After a challenging 4 years with LW and making minimum returns, i have found them a bit more customer friendly recently. I wanted to close my account which had a very small amount in it, the loans are in default but they matched my defaulted loans amount and , credited my wallet immeadiately . I also managed to get £350 compensation after complaining about the service i had recieved. Overall probably ended up with no losses but no gains. Total waste of 4 years but lessons learned.at least i didnt suffer a loss.

Sold very little at fees. Repayments arrive every Friday. I've got very little left in LW, but the profit received so far only offsets 38.7% of the remaining capital. My current XIRR is 1.37% and it is an increase from 1.35% a couple of months ago. I hope it goes well

I hope it goes well This prompted me to log in and see where exactly I stand .... very pleased to have enough available funds to withdraw that my lifetime interest now outstrips what is left behind. Obvious reclaiming of interest aside, the run down does appear to be orderly and consistent so far. Long may it last until you can leave in the plus too! Now if only Lendy and Moneything would ever ever ever find it in their hearts to return the funds they are holding I might, maybe, possibly escape unscathed there too (except mentally)!
