I'm sorry if this has been asked before but I can't find a explanation of how the new queueing system works.
For example, I have £60k in the 4.1% instant access account. I request £20k to go to my cash account.
1) Where does this show on the system
and
2) what is the criteria for how much of that £20k will actually be moved.
The link on the Assetz site about the new system is all about why they have made the decision and how it is similar to another queueing system - but doesn't seem to contain the basic, "what actually happens now" info.

You get drips. Same size as everyone else - size determined by AC.

It's not a queue any more it is a pool (where every account get the same repayments, regardless of the amount you have in the pool).
If you go to the relevant dashboard page (standard or ISA account) and scroll down to the QAA section you will see 3 small horizontal lines in the bottom left corner. Click on this and then queued withdrawls and you will see how much you have in the queue.
