- transfer from QAA to MLA. Not ideal for an access account lender as they’ve implied they aren’t comfortable with dipping into the MLA let alone picking up 500/600 dribs and drabs. - buyer transfer into a NEW Access Account at seller offered discount from QAA. BUT the new account would need to be LONG. I’d say minimum 360DAA. The rate would need to be the same as 90DAA or marginally more for the simple reason that the other access accounts are already set at too high a rate. The 360DA would need to be closed to new money to treat all lenders fairly. No newbies coming in at par when other are coming in at discounts. I can’t easily see any other sensible options. Transfer to MLA is a possibility for larger lenders (small lenders will get out anyway) who are prepared to wait for the loan redemptions, at lease when a loan is redeemed you get the full amount so not subsidising small lenders of course what will happen to your money in the PF if you transfer. I posted here when this was first mentioned selling is not an option as 500 - 600 loans per account (QAA, 30D, 90D, I have all 3).
As you say here and I stated in a earlier post (suggested different restrictions) there will need to be strict restrictions on any AA funds bought on a secondary market otherwise AA account holders who do not sell will be in an even worse position, however the more the restrictions the bigger discount will be required, either way not good for AA holders

iRobot If you choose to continue posting the information, would it make sense to standardize it - e.g. post amount returned per £10,000 invested?

Irobot I’m afraid that is very uninteresting. “Slow” would suffice. Or just some weekly progress?

Thanks iRobot. I calculate that the new model has averaged a larger return of funds per day for those with over £31,892 in their access account (assuming all was invested in a single account, and based on a very small sample of new model returns so far).

So conversely for those with £30K+ spread across more than one Access account, your worse off?
Personally I'm now getting a lot less from each daily AA distribution with half a dozen AAs.

Yes. If you have withdrawal requests in 6 Access Accounts you will be better off in the new system if you have ~£191k spread over those accounts. EDIT: Again this is based on a very small sample of data so far, so may not be accurate going forward.

For Ace and others interested - I've quoted it here for you. However, I'm not maintaining this thread, so feel free to post or quote to it yourselves. These are my daily figures from a QAA withdrawal of c. £40k requested on the 19th of March. I suspect there'll be some minor variances across accounts, but I wouldn't expect major ones, given the 'pooled' nature of the repayments structure as outlined by AC.The payments regime was changed on 02/06/20, moving from a pooled, everyone-gets-the-same model to ... ... something different. (Some discussion can be found in another thread from this post onward.) Returns under the revised model are shown differently. Figures in brackets - eg: (5.23) - are a standardised value against £10,000 taking into consideration a reducing balance. Post updated to include:from 20th Mar (request amount £40,179.83), figures received under the old model; total received to 01/06/20 = £870.25 from 2nd June (request amount £39,184.22), figures received under the new model; total received to 03/07/20 = £569.15 (£146.40) Not sure how much more use it will be, but I'll continue to update this on a weekly basis, up to and including the Friday payment(s).

The Marketplace web page has been updated ( as was / as is now) Existing Withdrawal InstructionsFirstly, it’s important to note that although you may have any number of Invest or Withdraw Instructions at the same time, you are limited to one type per Access Account i.e. you can only invest into an Access Account that doesn’t have a current Withdrawal Instruction.
Please note, Standard and IFISA-wrapped Access Accounts are treated separately, so it's possible to have a Withdrawal Instruction in the Standard 30 Day Access Account for example, and also have an Invest Instruction in the IFISA-wrapped 30 Day Access Account.Firstly, it’s important to note that if you have a current Withdrawal Instruction from the Access Accounts, you won’t be able to use this feature. If you would like to invest new funds into the Access Accounts, you’ll need to cancel those withdrawal instructions first. Please also note that it is only possible to set discounts when selling QAA investments. So we can have '5 sells' (say) at various discount in the Standard QAA and '5 invests' (say) at various discounts in the ISA QAA? How might one use that? To maintain current withdrawal at par through one account whilst flipping trading for discount in #2 account? Even buying at least discount and selling at par is viable but depends on how quickly/slowly the at par surrenders will continue after this market opens. [Thoughts?]
[Meanwhile ... I've got some 'juicy' MLA loans I want to offload would like to sell you.]
