Any idea about the new loan P***** I***********?
Weak tenants, however they have paid rent even in March and April,
Also not so muched influenced by the Covid-19 situaion.

Given the covid situation, it would need to be an outstanding loan for me to consider lending. And this isn't it.
The slow draw down of recent loans is also an added negative.
The current offering is still not fully funded after 2 days, so it seems other lenders are similarly unenthusiastic.

PLE might offer the better choice at the moment compared to what is in funding and pending with the exception of the Southwark property which appears to be imminent.
Watch for the loans that alternate on and off the PLE and those with small amounts available, these are the loans that the investor community have the most confidence in. There are a number of loans at good rates or solid borrowers with history or with trustworthy low LTV's.

Totally agree..Southwark is due to be launched within the next week and a solid investment. I have picked up several PLE loans based on the criteria you mentioned. PLE a nice way to cut down on cash drag.
