Bridging Loan. 7.65% net for max LTV of 50%. Not advice but what's not to like, may not go the full term though.

But yes, plenty of room for Tranche A Oh, and rate - BridgeCrowd giving a little bit more for low LTVs, though do need to stomp up £5K rather than £1K.

5k minimum per loan versus 1k is huge and could easily define the investor base on its own. I don't know anything about Bridgecrowd but Proplend holds back 15 months interest for 12 month loans like these, another huge factor.

Agreed, I think it is decent enough I'll be taking a small amount - generally cutting down p2p exposure, but I've sold a load of PL retail so this is a good home.

This is curious! The loan (PLL0933) has reappeared in the Pending Loans list whilst funds are still in the Waiting-to-Close list. Perhaps the loan has filled, been drawndown and someone clicked on the wrong buttons?

Perhaps the loan has filled, been drawndown and someone clicked on the wrong buttons? It appears to have been an error. The loan still has a bit of TB left and back in its' right spot.

Not for me they haven’t. Tried at 14.40 today and withdrawals still suspended. Most inconvenient

For the people that are withdrawing are you not planning on investing in the upcoming Northampton loan? I have increased my maximum investment per loan to try and reinvest the proceeds asap especially since the Northampton loan is likely to have 3k or greater bid limits.

I have increased my maximum investment per loan to try and reinvest the proceeds asap especially since the Northampton loan is likely to have 3k or greater bid limits. I withdraw some but left a fair chunk to invest in Northampton and Strand who will also have a a larger than 1K bid limit. Reinvest ASAP as it helps with the magic of compounding.
