Loan terms changed mid-term and new loan started.

I think we've just seen (at least I have for the first time) one of the tools Crowdproperty has at its disposal in the T&C's to keep the loan risk/reward balanced when projects fall behind schedule, over-spend or suffer erosion of GDV etc. From an investors point of view it is another incentive for unscrupulous borrowers who try to game the system to look elsewhere.
