There is nothing wrong with loving money especially if you make it doing something good, it is without doubt one of the most important uses of numbers. Yeah, but don't forget, never let more than six used notes in your house at the same time, always keep them 2 metres apart, and always remember to wear the highest grade mask available, especially if you're down-wind from a used fiver
Even by my standards that is taking things a bit far

I can understand why younger people are absorbed - certainly concerned - with money and are anxious to preserve or increase their wealth, but at 75 and in these uncertain times I'm bored with it. In the next couple of months I've several deposit accounts maturing and it's going to be a bore finding a home for the proceeds (rock-bottom interest rates, uncertain stock markets). When completing my tax return, there're usually a couple of anomalies in the paperwork that cause frustration. There's nothing that I wish to buy for myself, though I suppose that next year I may replace my 2008 car. So I'm increasing my donations to charity and helping out several friends who have suffered during the Pandemic.
Not that I intend to go as far as Chuck Feeney. For me there remains the unknown extent of the cost of care in later years.
