Richard Luxmore is personally liable for his overdrawn directors' loan account. In theory the administrators are required to persue this debt and could bankrupt him if he fails to repay it. I don't see much mentioned in the way of action being taken yet though - the admins may want to ingore it for now if they are still using the directors for consultation but imo they really should issue a statutory demand for it and get the ball rolling legally.

There's legal action being taken against Luxmore in the high court with Funding Secure as claimant. They also have a freezing injunction against his assets.

nice one - there's irony for you!
Also as I understand it HMRC are very interested in such accounts and also they may want any unpaid tax on profits repaid with interest - I also think any director should not have a loan account if the company is not trading at a profit....throw the book at him lads!

It'll be on Companies House in a day or three once the submission has been processed / published.

This IPS doc is now available - had a quick look As mentioned prior they need another year - these clowns were bankrupt in Oct 2019 - 4 bloody years ago Apart from some work on the e-wallet I really can't see much progress or am I missing something? Some expenses seem high to me e.g. £21K consultancy - for what exactly ?
When I invested with these clowns I was at pre-retiement age at this rate I wonder if I will still be here when this mess is finally sorted out
Total bloody farce....

Should be renamed the 'Administrators no progress report' . It can't take very long to update the previous report and send out.

Does it say that the FCA have completed their investigation into FS?

Does it say that the FCA have completed their investigation into FS? Yes, but what it doesnt say is whether they are doing anything as a result. It does say the admin 'assisting the FCA with their enquiries' cost 5 figures.

I've logged in to my FS account just out of curiosity and found that I can't see any loans on "my current investments" page, it only displays the total value.

Do you have anything in the search 'bar' that's effectively returning zero results? (Edit: Or are the expected entries in the 'Quitclose' tab - which I'd not noticed before!)
