Dear peers, We are happy to announce that this week we repaid back the very last stage of the Nistor residential project. It is our second fully exited project from the Moldovan market.
As of now, the full principal amount of 555 000 EUR is repaid back to 930 participated investors. This project was earning 14.75% in adjusted average effective return. Thank You very much to all the participated parties!

Happy to share new knowledge! To be honest, not many know, that on our secondary market it is possible to reinvest the monthly payouts, starting from 1 EUR. And here comes into force the strategy of compound interests. For some, it might look to be not a big difference, but when it comes to bigger amounts, the difference is more noticeable. Thats why we chose to use "adjusted average effective return" when exiting our projects - to educate our investors on the fact, that our platform gives all the instruments to increase returns even more.

Happy to share new knowledges! To be honest, not many know, that on our secondary market it is possible to reinvest the monthly payouts, starting from 1 EUR. And here comes into force the strategy of compound interests. For some, it might look to be not a big difference, but when it comes to bigger amounts, the difference is more noticeable. Thats why we chose to use "adjusted average effective return" when exiting our projects - to educate our investors on the fact, that our platform gives all the instruments to increase returns even more.
10 out of 10 for persistence but not a lot of traction in this forum going by the post distribution. There may be a few who don't post. Interesting idea to use the forum as a marketing channel, just you and Blend Network I've noticed. Knowledges is a typo... I hope! UK real estate is enough for me but seeing Bond (not bonds) is back , never say never again.

They've got good reviews on Trustpilot (4.8 out of 5), among which one I think is key, IMO, that if you want to understand/assess Reinvest24 you've really got to understand/assess Kirsan, with whom they go "hand in glove" so to speak, and that if you can't or won't do that for whatever reason, perhaps you should give it a miss.
