Loan # 1281
Oddly, it says:
"Auction Status 100.00% funded Closes: a day ago"

B******* LIMITED Estimated drawdown date 04/09/2020
'This loan is coming soon. Investments will not be processed until the loan has drawn down'.
But a good sign with AC commencing lending again. Shape of things to come.

9% looks good for a 45% LTV loan.
Although there are already good 9% loans with availability on the secondary market -
... loan 615 Ma** - 54% LTV, ... loan 745 Br*** Ho*** - 29% LTV after recent repayment.

That's the underwriter's auction which completed very quickly.
Availability to MLA investors will be post drawdown.

I haven't received the email. I've checked spam folder and checked that I have the upcoming loans notification setting on I've now received the email, following a discussion via the "chat" service, but it starts "Dear William". My name is not William!!!

Do some Due Diligence and you might not think so. see #845
#615 & #745 look to be much better options.
(I have holdings in both of these)

When a single loan is being promoted, the text before the info panel reads: " We're pleased to let you know that a new loan is now available for investment on the Assetz Capital platform:" When it's multiple loans, the text before the info panel reads: " We're pleased to let you know about some new loan investment opportunities recently added to the Assetz Capital platform:" For my money, the first sentence implies an degree of immediate availability which the second sentence manages to avoid. Maybe the first would be better with similar wording: 'We're pleased to let you know that a new loan investment opportunity was recently added to the Assetz Capital platform:' In both instances, the text after the info panel reads: " To view all of the loans currently available and any upcoming loans, visit the 'Browse Loans' page in your Dashboard." (If this is the most testing aspect of my day, I'll consider the day to have been a good one .... )

The borrower has been on AC's books since 2018 with this property with no issues. It is a refinance of the current loan. Due Diligence will show historic details not really relevant or of a concern to lending on this property/loan.

Good to see MLA loans paying a fair rate of return coming live again, compared to the pathetic and ever-decreasing rates being offered on the Access Accounts and all the challenges with them now.
As commented above, the "100.00% funded" is confusing and AC should mention that refers to the underwriters.
It's a pity we can't fund in advance like AC used to allow. Another one of AC's brilliant innovations to make life harder for their investors.
The platform states: "Estimated drawdown date : 04/09/2020" so we'll have to see when it actually goes live.

You can blame the FCA for that one, rather than AC.
