I've not followed the discussion on ABL recently but I wonder if AF's modular business is, or will soon be, booming in this crisis? Just think of all those schools who don't have space to social distance. The solution could lie in temporary structures - all too familiar to those in school in the eighties and beyond but let's hope the new breed are a little drier and warmer!
Similar arguments could be made for UK holiday park sites and accommodation. Inevitably there will be businesses that'll thrive over the coming months/years.

My guess is that by September the social distance rules will be gone, and good riddance. To keep children two metres apart in school is not only silly, it is cruel and unsustainable imo. Children are not at risk from the virus, they are being mistreated to protect others. Those at risk should protect themselves if they wish to. (I write as an over-70 coffin dodger). However, I think you are right that there will be a short-term need for such buildings, rather like those temporary hospitals.
