Yeah I hit the buttons yesterday pm, but its like I never did anything. No confirmation, no reduction in balance, sweet FA It's not just me then. I actually made the withdrawal request twice, because the first time I thought there's no trace of it, maybe I forgot to submit the final step or something.

Hmm - if you click on cash, withdraw, then ISA, it asks for your bank account details - does that not work? No. This is what I get: Withdraw Holding ISA Amount £ 2117.87 Amount must be between: £1.00 - £2,111.87. Bank Details Name on account ********* Insufficient balance to perform
Do you realise you are trying to withdraw an amount greater than the balance ?!
ISA withdrawal is working just fine, I did it yesterday.
I also received bonuses yesterday, just pure luck probably. I don't know if unmatured bonuses will be paid.
It doesn't matter when your loans were due to mature, they were all closed yesterday and the interest due was frozen. All investors will be paid back the same percentage of their outstanding balance quarterly as loans are repaid by the borrowers e.g. if september payment is 50%, investor with 10k will get 5k, investor with 1k will get 500.

Ditto So I'm getting the same thing. A success message confirming that I can withdraw the balance from the holding account but then I can keep going back to the page to withdraw it. I'm hoping this is a small IT error and nothing major.

I've just done a cash withdrawal (holding account, "classic" account) and although it's not showing under transactions or as an amended holding account balance, I did get a confirmation screen for receipt of withdrawal request, amount and bank acc details to which it will be sent. Did you not get that screen?

Requested a withdrawal yesterday evening, after the web site changes happened. Received the cash in my bank account within the last hour or so, so withdrawals (where possible) seem to be working promptly.

A tiny amount returned to holding account this morning. Pressed the button, now money is in the account just before the withdrawal email. I didn't get lucky, still have 99.99% due.

I have around 50K invested and am getting very very nervous.
The expected default rate on the statistics page is 3.47%. I can live with that.
But can we expect this figure (based on 'real time data' ) to change over the next few weeks and months?

I hope that GS will now be able to be more candid about the expected default rate as things progress. They kept their lips sealed on their attempts to sell part/all of the loan book. I'd also be interested to be debriefed on what went wrong there, and what terms were offered, but I accept that this isn't mission critical inform at this point in time.
