Variable rate loan for £2.1m. Desired rate is 12% but borrower will accept 15% (apparently they're not worried about the rate, just desperate for the cash)
Rather strangely, TC are monitoring the auction twice a day and it will close the first time it's monitored when fully subscribed. Unsurprisingly, most people are bidding at 15%.
Given it can only be oversubscribed for 12hrs (so can't get beat down very far), why are some people bidding at 12%?

Perhaps it's because there is no FM .

Looks like this auction is running out of steam. Even at 15% it's less than half subscribed with only a couple of days to go.
Maybe they will have to downgrade their service to economy class!

New and improved cash back terms now being offered (especially if you have £100k to invest).
Unfortunately still no bites from the big fish

Perhaps it's because there is no FM . It might not be official, it might not be as well illustrated at the Karma Suitra but there is a draft on the site.

... it might not be as well illustrated at the Karma Suitra ... Now there's an interesting concept for manual design ...
