Only got £50 in the red bit, so I guess as good as it gets.
Is there any info on the status of each loan?

Mine is short by £500 due to two investments in: Tudor Place 2 cottages in Manley Road Anyone else in those two? (note there is not enough information there to identify the properties let alone the "borrower"). BL050, repaid I am led to believe Jan 18 Many thanks for that. If they are both repaid loans do you think that means it won't be in this latest total?

It was interesting to learn that 2016 Mercedes GLC 220 D 4MATIC SPORT PR Diesel Estate was to S****** D** - I hope they didn't let him to keep the car. I suspect a series of S****** (under investigation) are to the same borrower. Luckily I'm not too overexposed in Med****.

Think there was only one loan, they would have been repaid prior to administration so wont be relevant as would have been cash or invested in something else. Ive found the charges for the refinance/purchase in Jan. (LR house price info makes interesting reading) so pretty sure redeemed

Mine has turned up as well; the £ total ties up exactly with my records. Sadly, the Collateral loan numbers don't tie up with the ones I have in a lot of cases, making loan for loan comparison tricky. BDO have named the borrowers but haven't included the Collateral Borrower ID making the comparison of my records with theirs dependent on just two factors: the Collateral loan number and the amount of the loan. Where the loan number is "wrong".... BDO have specifically asked for feedback so accepting their product with ANY inconsistencies is probably unwise. I think I'll have to do them a spreadsheet back.... Having completed the reconcilliation, there were 19 discrepencies (about 10%). I suspect that these reflect renewals of loans as if memory serves, Coll changed loan numbers every now and then.
In a very similar position with 10% discrepancy overall, and on 19 of their entries, but there aren’t enough of theirs in property to reflect my holding – I haven’t yet got to the bottom of the discrepancies. Yep, just went and looked in the DD thread. BDO/borrower also tided up the CH record and the charge is satisfied

My list also had a lot of different loan numbers to those in my latest spreadsheet, but fortunately I have a column which shows the list of previous loan numbers through their various renewals. This has resolved the discrepancies for me and the numbers in the list now match. If anyone needs to match up any loan numbers, post them here and I with see if I can match them for you.

Mine also matches. I have a number of COL transaction excel sheets (maybe all), they were named 01simple.xls. Matched a few with the BDO report. e.g. £25 COLBB00667 1/2/18 renewed to COLBB00728 "A Collection of War Medals". As others have mentioned the former code is on the BDO report. Appendix I "Under investigation - Company Dissolved". Not sure what is to investigate, just sell the things.

Unfortunately one explanation for the "under investigation" comment is that the object is not what it is supposed to be. Sad but somewhat expected at this point.

My attempt at converting into spreadsheet,
I'm using libreoffice - pdftotext used to convert to text keeping layout, then fixed width column import text to libreoffice, plus a little editing/colouring.
Edit : Spreadsheet removed, after thinking maybe I shouldn't post here, but under DD Central.

ding - My holding is mostly chattels of which 40% are still listed as chattels and 60% under investigation . There will be all sorts of reasons we are not party to for the under investigation entries, but if still shown as chattels then would assume they are able to be sold, and I agree, just sell them - they have had plenty of time to source a suitable outlet. Only things against it, are the more there is to sell might get a better return/secondary markets might not be so good at present/outlets are closed. Who knows!!!!!! The wait will go on Cheers P
