Is there anything to stop you repeatedly withdrawing the funds and re-depositing multiple times? 🤔 Asking for a friend as I don't have a chase card. only good morals and a good upbringing. (i think kuff would catch on eventually,i do withdraw all funds then redeposit with debit card when a loan appears, feel a small twinge of guilt, and richer...but...... post office and NSI on the otherhand......... Does NS&I and post office deposits work with Chase then? If so which products?

No capital or interest losses AFAIK. Their performance and offering is every bit as good Crowdproperty esp. as lender rates converge. No cash drag for a start.

Im happy enough, customer services is excellent, no hidden cash drag, portfolio balance is correct, (cough cp), some loans are extended which is no surprise, but to date no receivers .

Also appreciate the way you can see all your live loans together – and get a picture of accrued interest updated daily. Pretty simple stuff, but CP doesn't do it.

I like KL alot, I do have two bug bears though. Extending loans with no penalty interest paid to investor, something that I think will be a bigger issue going forward if investor rates start rising. And the daft pots of money. KL, I only need one!

I've had problem with this - my uninvested cash appeared in ISA cash account (I don't have ISA with KL) and I couldn't get it out of there. I phoned KUF and it was all sorted (customer care is good).

Yes, you can't buy one investment from two accounts. So you end up having an investment of £12.34 because it's the only way to use it up. And yes, I explained it very badly didn't I!

But if comparing to CrowdProperty, very few of their loans offer monthly returns, ISA or no ISA. The fact you can choose this (outside an ISA of course) in Kuflink was another positive surprise.

You don't get to choose whether interest is paid monthly on CP, the platform chooses. It's not true to say that very few pay monthly. Generally all Phase 1 loans and all single phase loans pay monthly (there are a few odd exceptions). As a small, easy to count, sample, that would be 13 of the 22 upcoming loans. Where Kuflink do win is that they actually pay the monthly interest on schedule without fail. CP often pay the retained monthly interest outrageously late, certainly up to 60 days late. I rate K and CP roughly equal these days. I'm happy to lend on both.

Very active but I wish they'd use decent formatting and fonts, it's like the first edition of a student newsletter with a new desktop publishing software gone wild.

There is currently a 33% LTV loan at 7.12% on Kuflink. I was going to post in the Loanpad board but decided too glib, not quite the same as full diversification of your funds.
