What on earth is this outfit up to? Promises of updates and provision of information about investors loans never materialise and their failure to answer emails leaves me completely in the dark about the current state of my loans. I can no longer login to their Collateral information page because my details are not accepted and my emails requesting an explanation remain unanswered.
Should we, the lenders, not refer them to the FCA or some other regulatory authority to force them to act in a professional way instead of treating us with contempt and making no real attempt to recover our money?

My partner emailed them on the day, we received the inventory of our loans. Mine was more or less correct within a few pounds.
He can't even check his, as there was no attachment. He received an email, which is useless in it's content.
They still have not had the decency to reply and more to the point attach the inventories of his loans and amounts of monies.

Which Collateral page are you seeking to log in to? The website isn't available and hasn't been since administration. The BDO-Collateral page doesn't need a login, not that there is anything new on it.

What is the url of the site you refer to? I couldn't locate one that didn't need a password.

The BDO page is here. No, it hasn't been updated recently.

Thanks for that. In that report they said, quote "We are taking further steps to finalise the reconciliation and produce individual investor reports in
a user-friendly format. We anticipate circulating schedules to investors, which set out investors’ exposure to each loan, early in 2020" Have you received yours? It appears, from some postings on this forum, that many have but I haven't! Am I the only one not to have heard from them?

I assume you have checked spam … sent from investorcollateral@bdo.co.uk which is also the address for responses

I received the email on 19/6/20 Investor exposure schedule, which as stated was mostly correct.
My partner received an email from BDO on that date with no attachment to his exposure schedule. I get that human error can omit to add
attachments, but he has emailed them twice asking them to include his schedule and exposure to the loans he was invested in, with no response from BDO
We are now 2 weeks on and still nothing. So how are you supposed to ascertain what the hell is going on.
I was in court the day BDO was appointed and spoke to them.. They assured me investor interests were paramount
If they can't even reply to an email, or better still include all relevant information, what the hell are they doing...

From my last conversation with them in June they are obliged to file an update by the 9th of this month.

jo, blink, if I hadn't received the schedule, I'd pen a real letter, explaining that and asking for it. If at all possible, I'd hand it in to BDO offices or use some sort of proof of delivery service. No idea what's on offer these days.....
This is a handy reminder that email, whilst useful, is very limited; email may not be sent or if sent, not received for a whole host of reasons. It can also be intercepted, changed, lost, misdirected, stolen, etc etc.
