As it states, When I sell a loan part in the MLA, the money just stays there waiting to be reinvested. I have the settings to withdraw, and all other funds get swept I.E interest payments and full loan repayments , its just manual sells
Im pretty sure this wasn't the case on the old site. I maybe wrong though Is this happening to everyone else as AC customer support tell me the money should be swept over to cash automatically

yes, it's the same for me - been going on for a while.
My settings are: On Repayment
Withdraw Interest / Withdraw Repayment
and
Principal Repayments Withdraw to account->cash account
but as you say, the money just sits in the account as 'awaiting investment' rather than be withdrawn to cash.

That's always been the case. Perhaps it could be clearer but there are three controls. You have the repayment options for interest and principal which relate to what happens to funds coming from the borrower. Then you have the withdrawal request from the account back to the cash account. This removes cash first, but if you leave a withdrawal instruction in place then any loan sales will then be withdrawn.

That's as clear as mud. I have the opposite, I want to invest everything so found the capital and interest popup easily, trouble is I can't find any way to turn off the sales payments from going back into my cash account. Even tried asking for a withdrawal of £0.00 but that didn't work, what am I missing?

Thanks for the response Chris. So basically if I have pending purchases on other loans there is a strong chance that I will sell one loan and get invested straight into another loan. Which I guess makes sense, I just have to do some personal site maintenance and make sure I still want to buy and sell certain loans

No sure what's happening, but when I want all the money from my sales to go into cash I put up a much larger figure in the withdrawal box. But to cancel, it doesn't like zero or 0.00 so I change the withdrawal request 0.01 i.e. one penny and that deals with it

Could you contact customer services with your specific account details please, that's not something I can diagnose without knowing your login email etc.

I'm still having to move all my MLA sales proceeds back in manually. Nope. I did email customer service but they didn't bother reading my emails and just wasted my time with what looked like generic replies. I took it up on live chat today and the operative acknowledged there was something wrong and raised a ticket with Tech, doubt it will be looked at until Monday but when they respond I will let them know there are more people out there with the same problem.

I finally got around to writing to Enquiries again last week about this, got a very polite "I'll pass this on to tech, and report back in seven days" response, and blow me down, Monday afternoon it all started working properly again. So that's all good.
