Err... you do have to be an RS investor or even just have an RS account to see it but maybe you aren't one? I think RS have removed that page. I can't see it either even when I'm logged in. Still there for me. It's not been removed.

I'm not sure what the problem is here, but I am an average investor and it works for me.
Log in to RS. Click View to go to my everyday account. Click Market Data. Click RateTrends.

Well the link worked fine for this average investor once I was logged in. And I can access the page the long way round mentioned by Ace too i.e. from the market data screen, options are "Products" (which does take you round the block) "Rate Trends" and "Lending Performance". So, assuming there isn’t a difference between invested and un-invested investors, I would think the difficulty accessing the information is far more likely to be a technical issue (devices, browsers etc - inconsistencies in which RS are renowned for) than the postulated RS conspiracy to treat investors differently.

Not sure if this helps or hinders: Background 'Tested' on Win10 /w Chrome and Samsung S10e /w built in browser Have an RS account (for years, can't recall when I signed up) - have never invested - haven't taken the 'suitability' test Having logged in and skipped the suitability questionnaire - pasting Ace 's link: gets redirected to the 'your-lending/summary' page - taking the more manual approach: allows me to click on the 'Market Data' page (members.ratesetter.com/ratesetter_info/rate_tables.aspx) but I'm not presented with a 'RateTrends' option. Possibilities I haven't any funds invested I haven't taken the 'appropriateness' test (If I had taken the test, I may not be in the 'right' group to have access*) * - I'll happily take the test if it helps throw any light on the matter, but will wait to see if others volunteer their 'set-up' before committing to one flavour of investor or another.

I'm very much an investor and it's certainly not a brwoser related technical issue. Possible solution: phone RS and ask them how to access the page or explain why you can't while others can.

We have two accounts - Mrs Highfire and I that is.
One has some 5Y loans and the other only Access. We can only see the 'Rate Trends' tab on the one with the 5Y funds in it.
I'd say that accounts with only Access/Plus/Max funds don't get to see it - it's just part of the journey towards 'black box'.

Me too, interesting that some are saying they can't see it if they don't have the old products. I have RYI's most of our funds but as it was in early May probably on a longer wait than most but I have also left some funds in 1Y and 5Y in case I want to come back. At present we are getting quite a return of money without the RYI so I have to keep making sure I reduce my RYI to keep enough back to maintain the 1Y and 5Y for the future. Seems a bit odd though that some people cannot see the rate trends. Mind you the screen is a little bit weighted towards the older products for the majority of items. I'm tracking RYI and Weekly Volume numbers here if anyone is interested. (At least while I have access to the rate trends)

RS got back to me about Market Rate Trends That's an interesting quote and clearly one that infers RS does not want people to know that rates also fluctuate on the new products too. Mind you it might just be that the RS person who wrote it does not fully understand how RS works. Rate setting is possible in all products, I can vouch for that as someone who has access rates that a far higher than those afforded to anyone who just accepts the MR. In fact I have never lent any funds in Access with rates at MR. The risk levels were way too high relative to the rates when I was in lending mode.
