Just summarise as “very slow” - and go on holiday for a few weeks.

Could peole put the 'Date Requested' (or DR) before entering their positions in the queue please? You’ve seen the table on the first page that star dust is kindly updating, right? (And, I ask gently, you could also perhaps provide us with your queue information before requesting action of others?)

Morning all, sorry i'm a bit late. My position as at last Friday was 2460, checked during the day on Friday
When I checked 1st thing Monday morning my position was 2453, would it have gone down over the weekend or is the lower figure possibly my final Friday figure.

I guess they havent seen the tables, they are new though

The QIFs do reduce over the weekends, probably mostly due to cancellations in the queue ahead of you.

Could someone smarter than me put this table into a spreadsheet, produce a total for cols 1 and 3, for each account, and only including lines where there is a figure in both columns and produce an average rate of reduction in 2 weeks?

Im sure even as we type that Aju is on the case. sadly its above my paygrade - besides its changing too much to just copy this. There are others here that have tried a number of screen scraping methods amongst other things but again I've never found it be successful without caveats that made it painful for this type of data. The issue really is not what you can see but what you can't see eg those not engaging or not aware of this tool. To be honest I just use search within page (Ctrl-F) to find what our positions are and have a quick look at our positions relative to others - Stardust has very helpfully colour coded the relevant products to make this easir but again the search function works quite well too. Over to someone else.... If anyone does it though I'd be happy to see/use it... I'm comfortable that we will get our money one way or another but thankfully I only invested spare money that was not needed quickly. Edit: Just realised we are in the wrong thread for discussions apologies star dust i'll slap my own wrist if its ok with you. Thanks for your excellent efforts though! Edit2: This discussion has now been continued over here. Thx chris1200
