One assumes that advice won't include "don't get involved in p2p lending". But probably will include "what you really need is some more help from us"  . I'm not sure that will be very fruitful with TC lenders. I suspect most are pretty comfortable managing their own money. I for one have never felt the need to pay someone to make mistakes that I'm perfectly capable of making myself.

When you appoint a new one the first thing they do is tell you everything the last man did was wrong, and you need to pay them lots to change everything for the better.

- Advertising agency - existing borrower - 60 months @ 11% pa
- Secured loan provider - perfect repayment record, Loan no. 8 - 24 months @ 10% pa
- Nursing home operator - Loan 1A fixed rate @ 10% & Loan 1B variable rate starting at 14%. Both loans are for 24 months with interest and capital rolled up until the end of the loan.
- Packaging manufacturer - 48 months @ 13% pa.

Latest TC updates: ThinCats has arranged a £50m underwriting facility to enable larger loans.New loans: - TC have listed the first deal that has been underwritten; a £1.2m loan for a wind turbine project. The institutional fund's involvement means that the auction will definitely be successful, the auction will only be listed until 10am Monday 16th Feb, with quick draw down. Very well secured - 24 months @ 10% pa
- Another green energy loan opportunity - innovative multi-fuel hybrid power generation £500,000 - 24 months @10% pa
The secured loan provider is now offering up to 2% cash back. Also, indications are that TC may beat ablrate to the next aircraft related loan! |

Lots of deals currently available, but many are struggling to fill. The cash back offers are fine if you can afford £5 -£10k a time, but that's a little above my comfort level
