42 on schedule, 3 in arrears, 11 out of term, and 2 in Enforcement.
I'm not worried currently either.
I still like LendInvest.
Of all the platforms - they seem very professional and don't keep changing the rules every 5 minutes - that means a lot in my books.
Having said that - I am withdrawing money as it's paid back rather than reinvesting - but that's just me getting older and wanting less risk during these challenging times and not a reflection on what I think of LendInvest.
I'll be back, I'm sure...

41 loans 39 on schedule (though I think some of these went out of term and were then formally extended, thus bringing them back "on schedule") 1 in arrears
1 in enforcement
Mind you my strategy was pretty hands-off, autoinvesting £1000 (no more no less) in every Trache A loan pre-covid and now post-covid manually investing £500 in every Tranche A loan up to 70% LTV with a valuation date after April 2020.

I have been investing with LI since 2014 and I now have more loans in arrears/out of term/in breach than ever before, now nearly 30% by value.
Anyone else seeing an increase?

Just an update on my previous post - as I am nearly all out (balance currently only £170 left in 3 loans)....
I've been with LI since July 2015. At my peak I was invested in 82 loans.
I am currently down to just 3 loans left of which :-
1 is in arrears but had already paid back nearly 50% and the property is likely to go to auction for the rest - at 65% LTV I suspect a full repayment will be likely plus at least some of the interest if not all.
1 is out of term but is likely to pay imminently. 1 is in enforcement - but repayments have already covered my capital outlay and a small amount on top - so at the very least it has broken even.
I am well pleased with how LI have and continue to perform. It's looking like no capital losses and all bar a teeny weeny amount of interest fully paid.
As I said earlier - I am running my investment down for personal circumstances not as a reflection of what I think of LI.
LI has been one of my most reliable platforms - especially on property loans.
I may be back at some point.

I too am pretty happy with them , professional efficient over the years. I do find at the moment that there are very few loans becomming available. They must have other sources of funds.

Definitely. Out of 52 loans, 2 are in arrears, 8 out of term, and 1 in enforcement. Of my 52 loans 11 are due in December. Portfolio value down by 30% due to lack of new loans

From the latest news letter: Funds under management increased 40 per cent to £2.9bn (30 Sep 2020: £2.1bn) as the Group secured a £725m separate account agreement with J.P. Morgan and completed its third residential mortgage-backed securitisation of £280m BTL loans in June 2021.Is this the reason why we are not seeing many new loans

I think that they are just throwing us a few scraps after using our funds to get to a stage when they can raise institutional money. The direction seems down.
I couldnt understand why they sent one of those "How are we doing/would you recommend us" emails a few weeks ago.

Theyve been institutional from day one as Lendinvest was the platform for Montello who funded the loans before using lenders to release funds. They have never been P2P but an AIF.

True but I have always thought that there would have been some merit on keeping small investors onboard as if the institutional money dried up for some reason that the small investors would remain being larger in number and smaller in inside knowledge. As with FC. However as we all know many p2p platforms are leaving the game sadly.

Does anyone know what the situation with Lendinvest is upon death of an investor? Do the loans still have to run their normal course or what happens?
