Hello They are also going down. If I remember correctly, Fundingsecure directors were also managing crowdlord. It looks like it's the end there as well: "Following recent announcements by the FCA to propose permanent changes of the mass-marketing of speculative illiquid securities, the decision has been made for Crowdlords to cease all FCA regulated activity with immediate effect. Although Crowdlords will no longer be an Appointed Representative of ShareIn Ltd, who is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (603332), the existing platform will remain in place to allow you to access your account to monitor the progress of investments and receive updates. As investments come to an end, the resultant returns and any return of capital will continue to be made via the existing platform. As the authorised and regulated entity, ShareIn Ltd will oversee this. " www.crowdlords.com/Interestingly, it's ending almost the same way as fundingsecure... precipitately, without warning and probably just managed by administrators

However, from the FAQ: " Can I still invest with CrowdLords
CrowdLords will no longer be undertaking any FCA regulated investment activity. We are considering our options and will make an announcement at a later date." I wonder if those options might include pivoting into ' Vestrow Property Finance' which does include two former FS directors. No mention of FCA authorisation - be it natively held or 'bought in' via an AR arrangement (as per CrowdLords / ShareIn)) - on the website, although I am getting flashes of déjà vu, when reading some portions.

Thanks Ton ⓉⓞⓃ - looking at the dates of that thread I should have looked into it earlier this year - didnt realise Funding Secure & Crowdlords had the same directors! I am worried about my one loan with them, even though they updated me the refinance is still going through with some delays. Won't know till next January either way, so looking for thoughts/experience from any other Crowdlord investors
