Looks very close to filling (over 99%). Certainly making quick progress since the first loan, I am not confident enough to join you 'big hitters' chasing the early investing incentive (sure it has a name, but I am too lazy to look) but keen to see how it pans out.
I suppose loan flow could be the interesting thing now the investors seem to be available. Well that and getting the payments.

New loan on website today. Looks like there's no Cash Boost on this one, which is probably a good thing for me as it will stop me from over committing. Is very early days, but the two loans I've invested in so far have paid up on time when due.

Another new loan is available. Almost a third was taken by QFirst members before being made generally available.

One thing the site is missing is a transaction list or statement. It looks like they may be considering a statement in the future as there is a heading "Statements" but the only statement available is the Tax Statement.

AxiaFunder use the same provider. Their website is virtually identical except they have an additional Cash Account Statement under the Statements heading. So, I expect the same will make is way to Qardus soon.

Just signed up, how often do loans appear and do they send emails when loans become available?

Just signed up, how often do loans appear and do they send emails when loans become available? There have been 4 in the last 8 months since I signed up. None since March. Possibly waiting for their Seedrs cash to come through before scaling up. Yes, you get email notifications, but select equity investors on Seedrs get notified first (members of their Q1st programme, I.e. those with an equity investment of £1k+).

I have been with them since January and managed to invest in only 1 loan. The priority given to equity investors (which I am not) has meant loan opportunities are fully subscribed by the time I receive notification.

If you are one of these it would be helpful to us non-shareholders if you could post the loans you were able to get into. This would enable us to judge whether subscribing is worthwhile on the next round.

Q1st hasn't taken the whole of a loan yet. I know some other non-Q1st members who were able to invest after the public release.

Looking at the website, but can't find the answers to two questions: 1. Are the loans amortising? 2. Do they have instant return?
