Now I can't get Withdraw Funds to work at all. "Account" - "your portfolio" - "withdraw". It did work for me last time.

The first time I tried it would not let me because I had a transfer pending, even though I was trying to withdraw old money not that being transferred, but now that transfer has completed and been invested, but now neither "Withdraw Funds" button on the Portfolio page does anything at all. I'm using Chrome. The button should go to www.qardus.com/investment-account/withdraw?currency=GBP but it just brings up the portfolio page for me. You need to be logged in to use this link. Edit: Worked OK next day. Weird.

For the benefit of any newcomers to Q, you should be aware that you can invest in a new loan in one of three ways:
(1) If you already have sufficient in your wallet for the full amount you can request the funds be taken from your wallet. This is possibly the simplest, but you would need to keep your wallet topped up to your normal investment amount (if you normally invest the same amount) and it maximises cash drag.
(2) If you have some funds, but insufficient in your wallet you can first top up your wallet and after they have been credited to your wallet you can proceed as in (1). However this runs the risk that there may be none available by the time you try to invest. AFAICS you cannot reserve the investment using this method. EDIT: Not advised as loans now go very quickly.
(3) You can start by requesting an investment, getting a reference which reserves the amount and then making a bank transfer for the full amount, disregarding any money you already have in your wallet. You can then later withdraw the excess from your wallet but only after the investment has been finalised.
None of these are totally satisfactory. Personally I use (3). To make it more complicated, if the funds in your wallet are >£100 but insufficient you can make an initial investment from your wallet and then make an additional one from method 2 or 3.

Does anyone know how to see a list of transactions on the account? I can see repayments for each loan but I am looking for a list of deposit and withdrawls. Under the statements menu it just shows you tax statements for last tax year not a list of up to date transactions. Sorry if this is obvious but i have tried. Thanks.

You can see all the payouts on each loan individually but not deposits & withdrawals. This is one of the improvements needed on the platform, but Q do not have an in house IT team.

That feature doesn't seem to be there yet. See here for previous comment on this p2pindependentforum.com/post/429007/thread. Edit: looks like I was very wrong about the "soon" bit.

Thanks for the replies. I withdrew the funds from the cancelled loan yesterday and havent received them yet (I'm a Q Last invester so it could be a while before my next loan ) The account balance has reflected the withdrawl but no way of seeing a pending withdrawl. Anyway thanks again for the quick reply

They certainly like to please Q, I think they've been watching too much Star Trek. When does this loan go live as I can't see diddly squat at the moment ?

QFirst email went out at 15:45, stating that exclusivity would last for 1 day. No idea of how accurate that usually is. By the way, this is by far their lowest rate so far at a stated 8.1% per year (so roughly 16.2 XIRR). Still more than half available right now.
