Thank you for going to the time and trouble to post these updates Mousey. Is there anyhow we tie which loan each hearing relates to, what matter the court case was about and its outcome? SoMo are a truly excellent platform in many ways, but the updates on overdue loans are few and far between and rarely more than a few words.

If you have the loan you can probably identify it from the redacted names, I have identified a few. If not you would have to trawl through the whole live loan book probably from oldest forward. The updates would then probably tell you what it was about as they flag what they are intending to do about late loans and what the outcomes were (there is as far as I know one exception where they keep things private as the borrower has access to the updates and was using them to thwart Somo's attempts to re-possess). I also find the monthly updates fine.

I'm only in 3 loans, plus one repaid, but there are no loan comments for any of them. Is it the case that the update is only sent to lenders with loans in difficulties, which would explain it, or am I missing a setting somewhere?

Yes, I only get monthly updates on one I have with a problem.

I also find the monthly updates fine. Yes, for that Loan, people needed to sign a NDA for the email updates. But I haven't had any updates on that loan recently despite following up. Having said that, there is a relatively recent (April) update on the Loan Update Section of that Loan, so not sure if they restarted putting the updates publicly again.

Ace, you can find the Updates by going into that Loan (My Loans -> current Investments) and clicking the Loan Updates tab.
