without any transparency how do we know that AC is not acting as a market maker and pocketing a spread in the middle? and what would be the problem if they did? Good luck to anyone who wants to make a market. Can only be a good thing. Like it is for any and every tradeable asset. If your point is that AC shouldn't do it but others could then I agree. We don't want AC doing their boots on market making since that would affect us lenders.....again!

just to add another data point - I sold my (relatively small) holdings at a 3% discount - matched in about 5 minutes.

@assetzcapital I have an unfulfilled offer at a 14% discount level, but my dashboard has now deducted that offer from my uninvested funds.
It also doesn't get added to my QAA balance, so in effect 'disappears' save for the marketplace instructions table.
Surely it should remain in the uninvested funds table unless/until fulfilled, or perhaps in a new 'pending' type box?

IIRC, if you hover over the black circle "?" symbol in the QAA box, it will show as "Awaiting Investment". And your transactions will show the cash transfer going into your QAA, even though it has not yet been invested

Used 'Live Chat' to ask about the issue with getting 'Expected amount to be a float' when attempting to buy at discount. They are aware the issue is affecting multiple investors and have their developers looking at it - they hope for a fix today.

Try refreshing your browser screen and then making sure there are no little yellow triangles visible. Seems to work for some.

Just spotted you can set discount instructions for reinvested interest too!

Problem solved by AC I think. (I've successfully invested).

I have my money in the 30 day AA. I requested withdrawal on some of this in June. If I want to sell some of this now on the market place how do I do this? If I cancel the withdraw request can I then transfer into the QAA? Thank you!

When you click Cancel on the pending withdrawal, you should see an option to transfer it immediately to the QAA (or else keep it in the 30DAA)

No, not if your existing withdrawal request (to Cash) has already waited its 30 days notice period and you select the option to transfer immediately to the QAA instead
