Rates to buy/sell currently 0.1%/0.2% (suspect the drop was as a result of AC's recent email)

Yes, we cant be any more than three months away from "normal conditions". Compared tomany AC have navigated this pandemic well with interest continuing to be paid, albeit subject to a lender fee - quite justified in the worse crisis since WW2.

We received 18.125% of our AA balances returned this morning [where the outstanding amount requested was greater than that]

Just need a little patience until we see what happens with CBIL, then AC can have a better idea about what is possible with retail lending in the medium term.
With CBIL currently in place till end March at the very least don't expect a lot of MLA or Access Account loans until then. At best I suspect borrowers who can't get a CBIL loan for whatever reason.

All thats left in my Non-ISA holding. I'm waiting for AC big payouts recently rather than selling at a discount, just because I hold a reasonbly neligible amount now in my ISA.

Yes , at 11.35 I took out 5K , I just pressed withdraw 5K and it was processed.. You sure? That doesnt sound right, any withdrawals at par should be on the basis of the queue that has been in place since March.

TBH, I agree with you and I did think it was strange at the time however Ive doubled checked and I ask for 5K and 5K is in my cash account, see below 06/02/2021, 11:35 Inter Account Transfer From Product Quick Access Account (5) £5,000.00 06/02/2021, 11:35 Inter Account Transfer To Cash Account -£5,000.00 Unless this 5K came from somewhere else ? I would also presume there are not many withdrawals in place from march due to people using the SHM to invest/withdraw at a discount. As you would have had to cancel that original withdrawal order. Personally every time I received money back I reinvested , so I had to cancel my original withdrawal instruction.
