The 'View Loan Holdings' function has gone from all my accounts.
Did AC take umbrage at our knowledge of loan redemption and cash ratios?
It might make it a teeny bit difficult (impossible) to view loan updates.
And they claim to be transparent.
A/C, what is going on?

I only have a QAA account but if I go into Marketplace and select that account from the drop-down list, I get my QAA holdings.
Is that the same thing, or are you missing something different?

Yes, someone in Assetz has decided to "improve" the system so that the loan holdings are visible only via the marketplace tab.

It was a useful shortcut via an option via the '...' at the top right of each account box (which for MLA now offers only 'About this account' and 'View Transactions')

Still, they did forget to remove the "Browse Loans" button from the MLA panel, so you can still get in that way.
Looking on the bright side, with any luck they've all gone home for the weekend, so this could be the last cockup until Monday.

Isn't that the same as hitting 'Marketplace', in that it shows all Live loans regardless of whether you hold them via the MLA?

Yes ALL loans can currently be viewed from the Marketplace.
However it is no longer possible to determine the composition of the access accounts
- cash level - defaulted loans - capital value markdown
All useful information when deciding on what position to take on the secondary market.
The runes seem to be pointing to a resumption of lending from the AA. This 'may' involve reduced payouts from redemptions continuing as we have seen over the last couple of weeks. I suspect that the introduction of the market has reduced the withdrawal queue, so redemptions for those staying invested are used to rebalance loan holdings, generating cash for leavers as loan parts are shuffled.
I think resumption of lending from the access accounts is positive, it should help to generate income to boost the PF and prevent the accounts withering into a collection of defaults. We have been promised more information 'soon' by Stuart on another thread. I hope he will be able to answer these questions and confirm future plans.

Does not 'Marketplace' Live Loans, filter by 'Quick Access Account' export to csv, give you what you desire?

Another backward step...
I used to be able to see my MLA ISA in a single click, now after some highly unemployable genius at AC has removed the shortcut I have to click on Marketplace (wait ages for it to load a few hundred AA loans that I'm not interested in), then click on My Loans as the 'show MLA holdings only' slider doesn't work (wait for the loans to reload again), then click remove the standard account view as that is just a few quid stuck in zombie loans.
So what used to take seconds now takes over a minute, that isn't progress, it's madness.
Please AC, put the view loan holdings link back onto all the accounts and stop buggering about with things for no reason at all.

Faster to select your MLA in the Accounts box (in Marketplace), but still a backward step

Faster to select your MLA in the Accounts box (in Marketplace), but still a backward step That's true, thanks Steve. Doesn't solve the biggest problem of having to wait ages for all my AA loans to load in Marketplace first though. I'm getting sick of watching that damned box assembling and disassembling itself although it's a good description of P2P, a great idea but the platforms seem to enjoy ruining themselves. AC please do what good car manufacturers do, make as many changes as you like and then lock the design (except for safety critical issues) for a few years and concentrate on making a profit. Constant tinkering just causes constant stupid mistakes that annoys and worries customers (both borrowers and lenders), this drives them into the arms of the competition, your profit goes with them. Now I'm actually paying you directly through the lender fee I expect more functionality, not less.
