I can't find any sort of monthly or annual statement. My attempt to work it out from the transactions was thwarted by the list only going back to September 2019.

I can't find any sort of monthly or annual statement. My attempt to work it out from the transactions was thwarted by the list only going back to September 2019. Are you looking in the right place? You need to click on the 'Total Portfolio' amount at the top of your dashboard to include everything. Transactions list should then go back to when you joined. The Interest/Capital Repaid statements are also available on this screen.

Thanks archie, I tried that and it's still not right. After investigating further what seems to be happening is that some interest payments are listed in the self select portfolio transactions and others in the auto invest portfolio transactions. When I add these together the total is correct. But the total portfolio transactions obtained in the way you describe does not include the interest payments from the auto invest portfolio. I suspect this may be a bug.

Looking at my figures :- The Total Portfolio interest is correct. The Overview - History Interest is £7.89 too high for the Self Select Portfolio and £7.89 too low for the AutoInvest Portfolio.  The Download Transaction list for the Total Portfolio only includes the Self Select portfolio. I'd say it's bugged too.

I did tell them about these issues (or similar) shortly after the new interface was launched; must have been about a year ago. I don't recall receiving a reply. I didn't follow it up as my totals seemed to be correct and I was only lending via isa, so didn't need accurate interest details for tax purposes.

AutoInvest loans/transactions are in the downloads from the overall dashboard page and from the AutoInvest pages in Standard, IFISA and Pension portfolios.
The total portfolio downloads for Standard, IFISA and Pension do not currently have AutoInvest loans/transactions (they currently only show Self Select) - this is being added in the next update.
