Hi
I had a withdrawal that matured today from 30DAA just after 1PM - I expected this to move to QAA at 'maturity' time, and then I would be able to withdrawal (with discount) if I so chose.
£xxxxx 1/9/2020 13:xx Quick Access Account
Live Chat initially told me to Cancel the withdrawal via a shared browser session but that had scary 'Are you sure?' warnings and I was pretty certain this would completely cancel the withdrawal, so I baulked at that. I got onto Live Chat again and was told *not* to cancel and there was a technical problem with funds moving from 30DAA to QAA
As I've been told two different things, just asking if anyone else has seen movement from a pending 30DAA withdrawal into QAA today.
I thought I understood the site pretty well, so I expected the 30DAA funds to appear in the QAA at maturity time and date today.

Process I've been following is: -on the 30DAA account box, click 'View Pending Withdrawals' from the '...' in the top-right corner
-on the matured withdrawal, click the 'Cancel/Transfer' tab -within that, click 'Transfer to Quick Access Account'
(Apologies if there's a quicker way)

Thanks for the reply - I don't have a 'Cancel/Transfer' tab I have an Edit / Cancel - edit allows me to go to cash, QAA (which is already the target), 90DAA and MLA and Cancel obviously completely Cancels. I managed this last month just fine, but I simply am unable to move the matured 30DAA into QAA (QAA is already the target account) I'm baffled tbh.

On my 90DAA a/c, I have -one withdrawal that's still within the 90 day wait period. It shows Edit and Cancel as separate buttons -some withdrawals that are (way) past their 90 day wait periods. They all have a single Cancel/Transfer button
No idea why you have expired withdrawals that look like unexpired ones. Do they show a "End of Notice Period"? What do AC say?

This is what I see.... I would assume I wouldn't have a transfer button as the withdrawal is already going to the QAA anyway.... The first person told me to Cancel but too be honest I'm pretty sure that is wrong and would mean I'd need to put in another request and wait another 30 days.

I don't have any that look like that, so can't suggest anything, sorry

You're right about Cancel -- don't do it. What if you hit Edit and change the destination to Cash? That might wake up the Transfer option.

That did the trick - initially I moved to cash then back to QAA and nothing happened, then suddenly when I tried again I got the Transfer / Cancel page and I popped the money in QAA before it could change it's mind! Thanks a lot, that woke it up!
