This morning Assetz site was running slightly slowly and as the day has gone on, it has got slower and slower as I navigated between different pages. It has now ground to a halt completely so as soon as I log in all I get is the animated 9 squares. I have reported it to AC on chat (that part does still work) and after a few questions ("have you tried clearing the cache" / "have you tried using a different browser") confirmed there is an ongoing issue.

They've now come back to me to say it is fixed, and the speed is now almost back to normal.

Something is still wrong. I've got AA SM transactions marked as 'Complete - Awaiting Transfer', but the relevant accounts are not being updated (Cash/QAA). One such transaction has been stuck for over an hour. Contacted Livechat, they're going to ask somebody to look into it.

Looks OK to me at 17:15 on the MLA. Number of Transactions processed around 14:00.

managed to log on but very slow, time to fire up another virtual server, or extend the elastic band

I have experienced this phenomenon on a minority of times when logging in to AC. I have also experienced similar issues with different larger platforms/websites such as Santander, Nationwide and Natwest from time to time.
The few times I have experienced this with AC, within a very short period of time the problem has been rectified and, if requested, customer services has emailed me to confirm that the problem, or bug has been rectified or, as sometimes is the case, the external problem has been resolved, this is totally unlike Santander, Nationwide or Natwest !!!
With the tech upgrade incorporating the secondary market and the mass of ' live real-time quote requests for investment or withdrawal, I am impressed that the platform has so few teething problems. A testament to Chris and the AC IT team's hard graft.

Website has been really slow for me for last 15-20 minutes, e.g. clicking on Marketplace or Invest on an Access Account gives 'the squares' for minutes. Asked Livechat operative to tell techies that some process appears to be tying up the system

I'm also getting a "503 Service Temporarily Unavailable" error occasionally.
