Yes I guess you are right it would fit with my memory of the first time I did any business with them in 2015. I had been doing business with Funding Circle and was getting fed up with the way they treated customers on their web site. So I started to look-a-round for some where else.

Astonishing is the right word. Thanks for the link Mousey, that was an interesting read. Hopefully there are some squeaky bums in the audit world.

Exclusive Court Update: The High Court in London has joined the company 'Brankesmere Limited' to the Lendy v Liam Brooke and others litigation.
It is understood that Brankesmere Limited own the freehold over Brankesmere House in Portsmouth.
In an order dated 28th October 2021 Judge Deputy Master Arkush gave permission for Lendy and its Joint Administrators to amend their Amended Claim Form and Particulars of Claim. The defendants also have permission to amend their written submissions.
It is understood a Case Management Conference with a time estimate of one day will be listed "on the first available date after 1 February 2022".

Not sure what he is on but he must stop taking it! This was very clearly explained by Mousey and being careful what I say here he it strikes me he has about as much chance of disproving these allegations as Jeremy Corbyn being the next Tory leader...yes bring it on as I just can't wait

so all this is causing LB,TG and their families great distress.well thats a bloody shame.have they ever explained how they singe handed both together schemed and planned to fill their lifeboat and leg it leaving lenders on the sinking lendy ship and lendy towers burning around them.i am sure they have caused many lenders a great deal of distress and worry and will take many years if ever to get over their losses of pension and savings monies. FCA regulated certainly gave this pair the impression that they were untouchable and went into second gear with their activities of self enrichment and screw everybody else. i really think that they slipped up and did not think/expect that their administrators would hunt them down after they had left such a deliberate trail of confusion and their big loanbook in a right mess.i hope they both have a lot more distress as everything around them is slowly falling apart.

I'm sure the weather's very lovely, an' all... BUT... The best-known location in the Marshall Islands is Bikini Atoll. Remember the nuclear bomb tests?
