ablrate , One of my loan parts has been sold. The value is displayed on ASMX page, but on the dashboard it shows 0.00 , so there's no way of withdrawing or reinvesting this money. Is it a glitch or am I doing something wrong? If you could email us at customerservices@ we will have a look at the specific trade

Please add some ability to sort the loans.
Please add the borrowers name
Please add the full loan title
Please display all the loans on a single page
I have spent an hour trying to get to grips with this and I have now given up in disgust.
Functionality has significantly decreased, this new UI is a disaster.

Please add the ability to specify exactly how much I wish to spend on a loan. If I wish to spend exactly £100 don't force me to repeatedly experiment with how many units I would need to specify to achieve this.
This is particularly annoying when I'm trying to use up all spare cash in my account.
The current system is even worse than the old one in this respect as it now forces me to have a cash margin above my purchase value.

Loan sorting is absolutely vital including on the underlying borrower.
A regular activity for me when considering a purchase on SM is my current exposure to a particular borrower.
It would also be useful to see agaisnt each loan how many other loans are on the platform.
More difficult but near eaasential when you start having other platforms on board will be showing interrelationships between related borrowers on different platforms.
Considering the amount of time coming and hype about the ASMX launch, there does not seem to have been much thought to at least provide the functionality we were used to on the SM which is disappointing.

Is it a glitch or am I doing something wrong? Try clicking refresh circle, top right Loan Exchange box. Yeah, I had to do the same - ablrate would it not be possible for this refresh to be automatic?

Also, people used to one system will always take a while to get used to any changes. I'm happy to allow some time before making a final judgment.

I would rather login separately than the pop up . It’s all done with face recognition. I don’t even know how to enable popups for an individual site If you're using Chrome, here's how to do it: Open Chrome Click on settings (in the top right corner, 3 vertical dots, & click settings in the dropdown menu) Scroll down the setting page to Privacy & Security & click on Site Settings Scroll down to the bottom of the Site Setting menu & click on Popups and Redirects. Click on the ADD box which is to the right of the word Allow Type in platform.ablrate.com (or copy & paste it from the Ablrate URL when you are logged in to your account, as I did) Click on ADD. Close Chrome This now means that Chrome allows popups from that URL only You will probably have the "Blocked (recommended)" switch greyed out, which means you have all popups blocked, which I have Please note that there should be https:// in front of the platform.ablrate.com address. It's not displaying it on the text for some reason

I can't seem to identify which bids/offers are mine - am I missing something? They used to be colour coded.

Would also be very useful to be able to link to them from the trading page. The 'bonus' decimal place seems to be starting strange queue positioning games on some loans, could get very messy very quickly.

Still, 'Total funds in this account' figure, does not include funds moved to & currently in 'Loan Exchange' box.

ablrate I've discovered the reason why Firefox will not automatically allow pop ups, even when asked to do so. It comes down to this perhaps emabrassingly plain message: "... Connection is verified by a certificate issuer that is not recognised by Mozilla ...". So you need to get up to date certificate(s) for "... platform.ablrate.com...".

or if on a Mac: Go to Ablrate website. click on "Safari" (top left)...then on "settings for this website" In the middle of the popup you will see "Pop Up Windows", and it's probably set to "Block" click on "Block" and you will see the other options... select "Allow" QED
