I'm confused!
10000074 was originally Amortising.
It was restructured to Interest Only on 30th March this year for a period of 3 months.
On 30th May, its Interest Only status was extended for an additional 2 months.
In a lender update on 23rd September however, it was confirmed that "the Borrower has reverted back to an amortising repayment structure since the 16th September following a period of interest only during the first wave of the COVID pandemic. Monthly capital and interest payments are planned to continue...".
There have been no further lender updates to indicate this has changed back again to Interest Only, yet, this is what 10000074 is showing on the platform.
